Tocatí, festival of traditional games in Verona

If you step in Verona without knowing about this festival, you would wonder in which century you are.
Wooden skittles are lathed by expert carpenters, table games with beautiful illustrations and tokens are free to use, combats hold each other on improvised carpets in the streets, music accompanies dances in traditional dresses.
A jump back in a time when people lived the streets and where sociability passed through simple pastimes.
Every year in September Verona turns into a urban playground, giving the possibility in the many points of the city to learn and to participate to group games, coming from the italian tradition. Moreover, an international guest is hosted.
